Decide whether a stored source item belongs to a claim, should stay unmatched, or needs another candidate. Action items and blocker follow-up stay in PM operational surfaces.

API integration gate

Design-only mock data. API work should wait for human design approval, permission checks, audit history, and explicit readiness-inclusion behavior.

Entry points

Storage owns global intake. Claims and future V2 email review surfaces should link here only when the user must resolve source assignment uncertainty.
